Our policies make sure everyone has a safe, fun-filled party!
Payment/Deposits: Contact Kid-a-bration at least 6-8 weeks prior to your event to reserve your date. We require a $50.00 Non-Refundable deposit by cash, check or money order. Returned checks will incur a $25.00 fee. Upon our first meeting 50% of your total package is required. The remaining balance is expected 4 days before the party. If we do not receive full payment by the due date, and arrangements have not been made, your event will be cancelled.
What to expect: We will contact you 4-6 weeks prior to your party to go over the details. At that time, we will require 50% of your total package. If your package includes personalized invitations, we will need to have the names and addresses of each guest. Invitations will be mailed out 3 weeks prior to party.
Party Location/Time: On the day of your party, we will arrive 1 to 1 ˝ hours prior to your event to set up. If you are having your event outdoors, we will set up the table and chairs in a designated area. If your event will be held indoors, we expect the room to be free of furniture prior to our arrival. The room must be large enough to accommodate a 6ft table and chairs for the amount of invited guests. We will also need an area for food and drinks. When the party is over, we’ll need approximately 1 hour to clean-up and restore your house back to its original state. All parties run for about 2 hours.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your event, please contact Kid-a-bration at 404-343-5745 as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you to arrange an alternate date. Deposits are non-refundable.
Number of Guests: All of our packages are for eight guests, plus birthday child. If more than eight guests will attend, there will be a $15 charge for each additional child.
Liability: Kid-a-bration is not responsible for any damages that are caused by guests. Children of all ages should be supervised by their parents and/or guardian.
Insurance: Kid-a-bration is insured by Oliver Insurance. KID-A-BRATION, LLC, their agents, employees, and subcontractors will not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, injuries and/or expenses.
Website: Kid-a-bration, LLC has the right to use photos taken at events for promotional use. These include pictures of children, adults, and party room. Parents and children will not receive monetary compensation for pictures used on website or other media.
